Our Origin Story

Saffron & Salt was inspired by my hard-working Grandma Margret who sold her delicious, canned goods at a farm stand. (And my chatty Grandpa Francis who loved sitting out by the road while Grandma toiled in the garden.)


A little sweet, a little spicy, a little salty – our signature Candied Jalapeños have the power to transform any recipe from “who wants seconds?” to “sorry, we finished the whole batch!”
